Mike Richman maintains the OBED-COMP mailing list, which discusses issues
relating to competitive obedience. Trainers at all levels are accepted, so don't let
that deter you. You will be notified (generally within two weeks) if you are
accepted or not to OBED-COMP. The list has a 400 subscriber limit; if the list is
full when you subscribe, your application will be held until a space opens up.
