AIKI
My name is Aiki,
which means "in harmony with the universal energy" in
Japanese. My mom adopted me from the pound in Colorado Springs,
where they said I am a ACD/Border Collie mix. That seems right,
since I dedicate my life to herding and fetching. She thought the
name was ironic, since I am far too energetic (even now at age
7.5) to be in harmony with much of anything. I am also a
tree-climbing dog, but I always get down before mom can get the
camera.
