IRIS

This is Iris. She is
the doggy-daughter of Doug and Mary. Iris was rescued in
Berkeley, CA but now lives in the Pacific Northwest. Her parents
just can't believe someone didn't want her! Iris has the
best smile in the world! She's very smart, alert, funny and
ultra-loving. One of her most favorite activities is playing with
her big sis, Gaya, a black (cow) lab. They roll around and chew
on each other everyday. She also likes:
- Riding in the car
with her head out the window
- Playing with the
Kong (which she throws in the air herself and
catches)
- Going to the
off-leash dog run to chase any dog who will run
- Chasing birds in
the field across the street
- Barking at the
neighbors dog on the other side of the fence
- Going on hikes or
camping in the woods
- Tummy rubs and
sleeping on mama's lap
Iris does not like
squirrels, bicycles, skateboarders, joggers, or people in
baseball hats. She's fiercely protective of her car and
house. Doug and Mary are so glad they adopted Iris. They
can't imagine their lives without her.
