NICA

My name is Nica, short for Nicaela, which I think mean "Little Girl" in Central America. I was born in California 7 years ago and lived as a puppy on a houseboat in San Francisco. My first Dad took a job overseas when I was little, but he left me with his good friend Ed who I've loved and lived with ever since. Ed says he needed a dog like a hole in his head - whatever that means - and that I was very wild child. He's got his own company and I sleep under his desk so I can bark at whoever comes into his office. A couple years ago I was chaining a heard of deer and I seriously hurt my knee. OUCH! I had a big operation called a TPLO, but my knee is fine now and I don't notice any difference at all. Earlier this year we moved to Michigan which is a great place! I love going to walks in the woods, chasing squirrels, rolling the snow, swimming in the summer and going for boat rides. Sometimes Dad cooks steaks on the grill in the back yard with which is yummy! Dad says I'm his best friend and I love him a lot. Woof!
