Hi...! My name is Rascal...! My nicknames are Rascally Girl, Little Rascal, Little Baby, and Nubbie ('cuz my tail is docked. I can't remember who did that to me....) Four years ago I was rescued from the pound in Reno, Nevada by a really nice lady who couldn't resist me... (It was the eye contact... You know... Like the first time the farmer met the little piggy in the movie "Babe!") My human's name is Vonny Trimmer, and she tells me every day that I'm the best little doggie in the whole wide world and that I must be a little human trapped in a furry body, 'cause I'm so smart. My big brother, Koda, a 110-pound Alaskan Malamute, came to live with us last year and he is LOTS of fun to herd around the yard. (I really do prefer playing with bigger dogs. The little ones don't have big enough ankles to nip!) I love friendly cats, really big dogs, chasing tennis balls, eating carrots, having my belly scratched, my Grampa Bob (who rubs me and feeds me carrots every time we visit...!), guarding my Mom's house, going for rides in the car, and mostly I love my human Mom. I can also jump really high...! My favorite trick is leaping into Mom's arms when she gives me the signal... She pats on her shoulders and up I go...!!! Weeeeeeeeeee......!!!!!
