YUBA aka Yubs, Chubaka, Yubadoo I'm named for a norcal river that I love! I was the runt of a litter with a blue mom, red dad from Palermo, CA, where they still dock tails. When my human mom came she was sad, I bellied right up to her to steal her heart. I singlehanded helped a family mourn the cowdog before me! See how timid I used to be? But Mom knew the vet was nuts when they warned her about skittish dogs. Though guilty as charged on cats,bikes,skateboards, sprinklers,and pantsnips, I'm learning and growing into a beautiful well mannered guy. If I pantsnip now, that guy needs watched! I've learned to tolerate people who aren't little kids or who don't live with me. I love frisbee, ball, stick, and swimming.I like other dogs, but mom says you can't hump your friends.People have said (to my face!) that I look: like a fox, deer, coyote (I can howl like one), dingo, scary-looking. I only weigh 27# and I will turn 3 soon.I am silky: red with a hint of bluetopcoat, cream under. I have Spotz' eyeliner eyes and blaze. I'd gladly follow my mom through the fires of hell-we are always SO GLAD to see each other! My dad is so cool-if he says, "I can't get that", I put the toy closer and he throws it again!My boy plays with me every day and I take him for a drag on the leash. My girl rubs my ears and gets me to play hyperdog with her. It's true, I AM a handsome little red boy and I am my mama's baby! sshhhh, I am really a one woman dog...
