From this page, click on the radio of the design you wish to vote for and then simply type in your name and email address (the one you are subscribed to the list with!!) and hit "Send in Vote". We are doing this via an automated email form/message this year for everyone's convenience. Votes will be filtered into separate mailboxes and will not be seen by humans until it's time to count :).
